TerrainDx provides AI-powered health information tools that organize symptom information into structured maps ("health maps" or "diagnostic landscapes"). Our Services include:
The Services provide health information and educational content. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No physician-patient relationship is created by your use of the Services.
The diagnostic landscapes and health maps generated by our Services represent a broad range of possibilities associated with symptoms. They are not a clinical assessment. The inclusion of a condition in your map does not mean you have that condition. The exclusion of a condition does not mean you do not have it.
Probabilities, urgency indicators, and action lane assignments are computational estimates based on AI analysis. They should not be interpreted as clinical conclusions. A licensed healthcare provider who can examine you, order tests, and review your complete medical history is the only appropriate source of medical diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services independently. We recognize that the Services may be educationally valuable for individuals between 13 and 17 — in such cases, we recommend use in a collaborative setting with a parent, legal guardian, clinician, or other trusted adult, rather than independently. The Services are not intended for children under 13.
Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

When you share your health map with a physician, you are granting that physician access to view your map, diagnostic landscape, and associated clinical information. You control when and with whom you share. Shared maps may be accessed by the receiving physician for clinical purposes. We are not responsible for how a physician uses the information you share with them.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks associated with the Services are owned by PJAMA IP, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Patent pending. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.
Your health information and the content you provide remain yours. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your information as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerrainDx (PJAMA IP, LLC) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
